I'm just an average, middle age guy who loves to ride bikes to stay in shape. I ride mostly on paved bike trails and dirt/gravel roads. I like bikes that are 8 gears or less (Internal gear hubs, single and 1x). I think hills are an opportunity to build muscles and character.
